Terms & Conditions
Last updated 14 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Onward (“Onward”, “we”, “us”), available at goonward.app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
Onward is a personal dashboard for tracking your tasks, habits, goals, targets and finances. We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may add, change or remove features over time.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use. The information you provide when registering must be accurate.
Free trial and subscription
- New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to start the trial.
- After the trial, continued use of the Service costs £5.99 per month, billed through Stripe. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- Prices are in British pounds and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
Because the Service offers a 14-day free trial before any payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@goonward.app and we will look into it.
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you enter into the Service. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you as part of providing the Service. You are responsible for the content you create and must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Availability
We work to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and features may occasionally be unavailable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onward is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or revenue arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Onward is not a substitute for professional financial advice; finance figures you track are for your own reference only.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
